feat(api)!: 适配新版后端接口
...
切换到 Cookie 会话和新版 DTO，并迁移画廊、地图、个人主页、百科及上传流程。停用后端尚未实现的账号与徽章功能，同时纳入新版 API 契约文档。
BREAKING CHANGE: 前端不再兼容旧 /api/v1 接口和 refresh token 流程。

- 将全局样式拆分为设计令牌、基础规则和语义组件层
- 集中管理 Naive UI 主题配置
- 迁移页面容器、表单、信息面板和按钮等重复样式
- 增加样式体系文档与自动契约检查
